AI-native
AI-native is the 2026 evolution of dynamic content. An AI-native layout does not just fetch a personalized variant from a database. It generates or composes the page per visitor using a model, drawing on intent signals, structured content, and layout rules the designer defined.
The trick is that the designer still controls the system. You define the cell shapes, the hierarchy rules, the tone, and the voice. The model picks what to put in each slot and which slot matters most for this visitor. Same surface, different composition.
Vercel, Linear, and Stripe are shipping early versions of this on marketing pages. In-app, Arc and Perplexity do it natively. The pattern is "one system, many compositions," not "one site, many themes."
If your copy lives in a structured CMS and your analytics can feed real intent signals, AI-native is a force multiplier. If your brand depends on a fixed editorial composition, it is not for you.
